Dr Tracy Roake is the Head of Education and Student Affairs at Danat Al Emarat Hospital, she is also adjunct instructor at the Fatima college of Health sciences teaching the art of Nursing in Abu Dhabi. She has had a wide range of experience in nursing management. Tracy is also the Co- chair for the Clinical Practice Guidelines committee and the Deputy Chair for the Resuscitation committee as well as an active member in the Research and Ethics committee at Danat Al Emarat Hospital, Abu Dhabi. Tracy is also the chair for the Advanced Practice and Professional Development Council. She is also a BFHI task force member. Tracy currently is on the task force for pathways to excellence. Dr Tracy is a registered nurse and a certified Advanced Midwife and has been awarded with a DBA, MBA, M.Sc. Healthcare management, and has a Master of Applied Business Research; she is a qualified hypnobirthing instructor and has a diploma in Aromatherapy, Herbalist, Reflexology and Naturopathy. Completing her public health degree in 2021. Tracy has a registered Midwife License with DoH. Tracy was awarded with the nightingale award for the best admin HOD who support Nurses in 2020. Tracy is an adjunct lab instructor at Fatima College. She has a great passion for quality midwifery care, emergencies and pioneered all the first private hospital water births in KZN South Africa. Tracy is also a certified BLS, NRP instructor, as well as a PROMPT instructor. She is an invited faculty member or the PROMPT foundation in the United Kingdom. Tracy currently works hand in hand with quality department and has produced programs on quality initiative and evidence based workshops. Reviewing incidences and gaps to generate education prospects. She has produced over 13 online courses and currently runs 16 courses within the hospital setting accredited as category 1 with DoH. Tracy has been the primary researcher for 4 research projects with a publication. Two nursing research projects have been produced in the hospital in the last 2 years. She has also been instrumental in getting accreditation for student activities with DoH at the intermediate level.

Dr. El Hadji Seydou Mbaye was born in 1978 in Kaolack a region of Senegal. During 2008-2013, he earned his PhD in Biology and Human Pathologies with the collaboration of the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) /WHO, Lyon (France); 2006-2007 : Master of Life and Health, Specialty Biology of microorganisms, Virology in Louis Pasteur University of Strasbourg (France); 2005-2006 : Master of Life and Health, option of Immuno-physiopathology in Louis Pasteur University of Strasbourg (France); 2004-2005 : License of Biochemistry in Louis Pasteur University of Strasbourg (France); 2002-2004 : General Degree in Sciences and Technologies in University of METZ (France). He was certified by the Federation International of Gynecology Obstetrics (FIGO), the Accreditation Council of Oncology in Europe (ACOE, www.acoe.be), the Institute Catalan of Oncology (ICO) for cervical cancer prevention (Grade 10/10) in support of Continuing Medical Education for physicians. These credits are also recognized as Physician’s Recognition Award (AMA PRA Category 1 credits) by the American Medical Association. He was certified, by the United Nations for Basic Notion of Security on the Ground-Protection, Health and behavior, by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC)/World Health Organization, Lyon (France) for Safety Certificate. He has published 1 Book with a style of philosophical story. Author of the world program against cancer in low and middle incomes countries, he is lead author (first listed) of more than 90 peer-reviewed research articles published in reputed journals. Dr. Abdelmonem A. Hegazy is currently working as Professor of Human Anatomy and Embryology Department in Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University (Egypt); as well as he is a Consultant of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Infertility. He did PhD at Zagazig University, Egypt 1999. He is the former chairman of the Anatomy and Embryology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University (Egypt); and Professor in King Saud and Majmaah Universities (KSA) 2009-2013 and Misurata, Faculty of Medicine (Libya) 2000. Dr. Hegazy is also a referee member of scientific research submitted for promotion of professors in Egyptian Universities. Dr. Hegazy participates in a Zagazig University academic, scientific, educational and professional development activities in the fields of medical sciences development, including basic and clinical research, policy implementation, design programs, set coursework plans, curricula, syllabi, scientific conference paneling, as well as designing and delivering a wide scope of continuous professional development programs, including training, strategic planning, research methodology, scientific thesis and dissertation writing; research proposal, medical ethics, organization’s behavior issues, all with emphasis on system and staff development. Dr. Hegazy is a member of Institutional Research Board (IRB) unit, Egyptian Medical Syndicate, Egyptian Society of Anatomy, and Postgraduate and Scientific Research Affairs Committee, Faculty of Medicine. His pool of academics consists of original research articles/books/book chapters in various national and international accredited publishing houses. Dr. Hegazy has plenty of scientific publications and projects with many citations. He has got many national and international honors and awards. Dr. Hegazy has been supervising post graduate students in their thesis works. Dr. Hegazy is the Executive Editor of the Zagazig University Medical Journal & the Chief Editor of Journal of Biology and Biotechnology (JBB).
