Stefanie A Bughi is a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California Los Angeles. He attended the University of Bucharest; School of Medicine in Romania, he has completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at Hahnemann University Northeastern Pennsylvania Affi liated Hospitals and fellowship in Endocrinology at LAC+USC Medical Center in 1989. He joined the Clinical Faculty at USC Keck School of Medicine in 1989. Presently, he works as a Physician Specialist at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, where he also serves as Patient Safety Offi cer, Chair of the Physician Well-Being Committee and Chair of the Graduate Medical Education. His research interests include the endocrinology of stress, the implications of stress on psychosomatic disorders, and the well-being of health-care providers. He has actively participated at Rancho’s Annual Women’s Health Conference, where in the last fi ve years he has presented topics such as: “7 Habits of Successful Aging,” “ Re-setting the Biological Clock,” “ Role of Minerals and Supplements in Healthy Aging” among others.

Susan Halimeh has completed her medical education in 1997 at the medical school of medicine in Hannover. She is the Medical director of the Gerinnungszentrum Rhein-Ruhr and the Coagulation Research Centre GmbH in Duisburg, Germany. Todd Miller is a Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He is the past Director of the Nuclear Cardiology Imaging Laboratory and the current Medical Director of the Sports Cardiology Clinic. He has published greater than 100 peer-reviewed manuscripts and several book chapters and editorials. He serves on the Editorial Boards of the American Running Association, American Heart Journal and Journal of Nuclear Cardiology, Circulation, Cardiovascular Imaging and Journal of the American College of Cardiology Cardiovascular Imaging.

Huidi Liu has received her Master’s degree from Harbin Medical University (HMU), China with a major in Physiology. After her graduation in 2011, she joined the Genomic Research Center at HMU and worked on genomic research of ovarian cancer and natural anti-cancer drugs. Presently, she is a PhD Student of Professor Shu-Lin Liu in HMU and has published four papers. Besides research, she teaches a course on Bacterial Systematics. Recently, she has been appointed Project Manager for the Centre for Infection and Genomics, a joint project between HMU and the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Calgary.
